Our Inside Sales experts are a centralized team of dedicated professionals that provide top notch end-to-end sales support for our valued small and mid-market U.S. customers. Utilizing wide industry knowledge, the Inside Sales team partners with customers to create tailored information management and digital services solutions that meet their needs.
Commercial & Industrial Printing sales
We build long-lasting alliances with our print customers that is based on helping them grow their business through our diverse portfolio and solutions tailored to their needs. We are constantly thinking ahead, innovating and devising new ways to provide value and opportunity to our customers. Our team takes a deeper, more holistic approach that helps print companies identify the right opportunities and implement custom solutions.
Dealer sales
Our internal Dealer Sales team is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our extensive network of Ricoh Family Group Dealer Partners across the United States. We work closely with these partners to accelerate their digital transformation and to help them deliver more value to their end customers. Our approach is hands-on and collaborative, providing them with tools, support and technology innovations that brings home results.
