Limited Product Return

For cartridges that have UPS or FedEx shipping labels included inside the box, the process is simple.

1. Remove the label from the box.

2. Place the used cartridge in the box and seal it.

3. Tape/attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

4. Follow the return instructions on the label.
