Tape the prepaid label to the package.
Drop the package off at a UPS shipping location, or include it with your next pickup or drop-off at your facility. If you call UPS to pick up this specific item, you're responsible for the pickup cost.
Return package dimensions should be:
No larger than 165 inches (419 cm) in combined length and girth (2x width + 2x height)
No longer than 108 inches (270 cm)
No more than 25 lbs. in weight
*What is an EDP code?
EDP codes are product numbers. You can find the code on the label of the original carton box; sometimes it can be found on the cartridge or container itself. If the box is unavailable and the cartridge/container unmarked, please contact your supplier for this information.
