How does a print queue work?

When a user sends a document to print, it automatically enters the print queue. The printer processes each job one at a time, based on its position in the queue. If the printer is busy or offline, the job remains in the queue until the device is ready. Users can monitor the queue to check the status of their jobs or cancel if needed.
